Bonacquisti Brothers and Associates, Inc. was the General contractor for both local Bellini’s restaurants.  Acting as design builder for the first Bellini’s restaurant, we worked closely with the owners to develop the look and feel of this new concept restaurant, which included a custom bar, custom seating areas, a wood storefront and a unique pizza and take out area in the front of the restaurant.

Hired again as General contractor for the second Bellini’s in Clifton Park, Bonacquisti Brothers and Associates, Inc. transformed a vacant retail space in to an upscale eatery, complete with custom bar and a variety of custom millwork and fixtures throughout.  This restaurant, unlike any other in the capital region at the time, featured an abundance of wood and glass, curved accents in both the ceilings and walls, unique and private seating areas and lavishly decorated private rooms.  Truly a one of a kind restaurant, with it’s own very distinctive look.
